When having dental implants fitted in your mouth, it’s important to choose a dentist who you feel comfortable with, our friendly team at Bexley Dental will be more than happy to help!
Our principal dentist, Dr Theo Spyrakis, has numerous years working with our patients and fitting dental implants. Dr Spyrakis has been performing dental implant procedures for over 10 years and on average, he places about 500 implants a year, along with multiple All-On-4® placements. He’s completed more than 10 courses on implantology and aesthetic surgery, allowing him to develop a range of skills suited to implant dentistry.
All-On-4® is a dental implant technique where a full arch of permanent teeth is supported by just four implants. This procedure may be suitable for people who, for one reason or another, have had all their teeth extracted.
What are the different types of dental implants?
Here at Bexley Dental we ensure all our patients are offered an oral health solution which best suits their needs and circumstances. Our dentists can offer individual implants for a single missing tooth (or several teeth if you need), as well as our All-On-4 implants which may be required for more complex cases, such as half or even full sets of teeth needing to be replaced.

Dental implant technology
Our dental practice prefers to use high-quality, medical-grade titanium for our implant work. These implants are manufactured by the industry leaders, Nobel Biocare and Zimmer Biomet 3i.
Over the years, our practice has built a very good relationship with a couple of local labs which manufacture our crowns. The technicians are very much involved with the process and often do on-site colour-matching.
If ever anything goes wrong – for example, people sometimes inadvertently chip their denture – the technicians are able to take the tooth (or teeth), fix it, and then bring it back to our practice, usually on the same day!
In conclusion
Before agreeing to any implant work, patients should discuss the procedure with their dentist and ask them what their individual results may be. And don’t be afraid to ask what your costs may be for dental implants, we have payment plan solutions which you may be eligible for!
